An illustrated ride inspired by Bangui: warm ochre arcades, blue shutters, market stalls, yellow taxis, palms, and a black-and-yellow commuter motorcycle.
Four street-inspired environments change as you ride: Avenue Barthélémy Boganda has ochre arcades and blue shutters; Avenue David Dacko has painted workshops and market awnings; Avenue de l’Indépendance has leafy compounds and pale walls; Boulevard du Général de Gaulle opens onto the Oubangui with verandas and landing stages. Names are cross-checked against the JRC Bangui base map . The architecture draws on visual references from Bangui; exact street locations are not assumed. The layout, road surfaces and traffic remain artistic interpretations, not a navigable street map or a current road-condition survey.
Collect banana bunches and avocados for 100 points each; earn 50 points for a close pass. Clear PK0 Ride (120 seconds, 3,000 PTS), Market Rush (120 seconds, 4,000 PTS), then River Run (150 seconds, 5,000 PTS). Reach the goal and survive the full ride to unlock the next level. Unlocks and separate level bests save on this device. Avoid potholes to protect your bike: each damaging impact removes one of its three condition points, drains boost and slows you down. The bike condition meter falls from 100% to 67%, 33% and then 0%, ending the ride. Scrapes remain on the bike after a hit; critical damage adds exhaust smoke. Braking softens the impact but does not prevent damage. Give the coned road crews room as they shovel and fill damaged road surfaces. A man sometimes sets up a wooden barricade across part of the road: steer through the open side, avoid the man, and watch for oncoming traffic. Hitting the rail damages your bike; hitting the man ends the ride. The horn pauses his work but leaves the barricade in place. The mud road has two lanes: traffic approaches in the left lane, while the right lane travels with you. Start on the right; use the opposite lane carefully when overtaking. Motorcycles carrying passengers now make up most traffic, arriving in staggered groups in both directions. White UN vans and pickups, tuk-tuks, olive military pickups and canvas-backed military trucks share the road. The open UN pickups carry six visible blue-helmeted passengers in three pairs. Faster motorcycles also approach from behind and overtake in the right lane; boosting can pull you ahead of them. Dirt side streets form intersections along the route. Motorcycles, cars, taxis and tuk-tuks emerge from the side road, wait for people and traffic, then turn into the nearest lane in its proper direction. Give them room and use the horn to ask turning traffic to wait. Some junctions open into dirt roundabouts with stone-edged planted islands. Steer around the centre: hitting the island damages your bike. Traffic bends around the island, and honking asks circulating vehicles to hold. The horn asks vehicles already on the main road to move aside within their own lane. Press H or tap HORN to ask nearby traffic and people to make room. People also walk along the roadway in both directions, sometimes in pairs, as well as crossing the unmarked road. Brake and give everyone room; the horn asks walkers to hurry to a curb. Police officers in blue and white use whistles and hand signals to slow nearby traffic. Enable SFX to hear their short whistle calls. Soldiers in green uniforms stand along the roadside; some soldiers and military pickup passengers visibly carry AK-47s. Honking asks nearby officers and soldiers to step back toward the verge. Give them room: contact with any person ends the ride. Vehicles slow for crossings. Hitting a pedestrian or road worker ends the ride immediately. Vehicle collisions cost one life; flashing protects against further vehicle and pothole damage, but not contact with people. Your best score saves on this device.
Original canvas artwork, synthesized sound effects and an original instrumental loop. Music plays during the ride; use MUSIC or M to switch it off. SFX independently controls the engine, horn and other effects. No external game assets or recordings.
